For three years, curated and designed innovation summit and workshops for 150+ C-level executives across the Virgin Group to inspire transformational change across brand, culture and organizational practices. These curated and highly interactive events featured custom keynote presentations from leaders across other industries on topics such as emergent communication models, issues of sustainable and social impact, diversity and inclusion, customer experience, brand and product design, and building internal culture at scale.

I designed and produced custom interactive activities, exersizes, and tools that enabled teams to synthesize presented ideas, workshop and collaborate on appropriate strategic frameworks that could be applied to respective Virgin organizations. Furthermore, content and insights generated from these sessions were then shared with 50,000+ Virgin Group employees via an internal platform.
